In the 87th Legislature, Brad co-authored the Texas Heartbeat Bill, a pivotal measure aimed at safeguarding countless lives across the state. Demonstrating his commitment to protecting the most vulnerable, during the 86th Legislature, Brad lent his support to the Infant Born Alive Protection Act, ensuring that babies who survive abortions receive the highest standard of medical care to preserve their lives. Additionally, Brad advocates for the protection of elderly Texans, endorsing initiatives to fortify guardianship protections, thus preventing exploitation of the most vulnerable members of society.
